§ 5.04.270. Issuance to disabled veterans.

  • Every honorably discharged or honorably relieved soldier, sailor or marine of the United States who served in any Indian War, the Spanish-American War, any Philippine insurrection, the Chinese Relief Expedition, World War I, World War II, the Korean War or the Viet Nam War, who is physically unable to obtain a livelihood by manual labor, and who is a voter of this state, may distribute circulars, and hawk, peddle and vend any goods, wares, or other merchandise owned by him except spirituous, malt, vinous or other intoxicating liquor, upon obtaining a license to do so, which shall be issued without cost to him.
