§ 16.28.080. Boundary line streets.

Subject to all of the provisions of Section 16.28.050, any land intended to be a part of the ultimate width of a highway or street, or any reservation thereof, lying along and adjacent to any boundary of the subdivision shall have a width not less than one-half of the full width required for any such highway or street by the provision of the section unless special conditions of alignment require some greater other width.
